NEWS FLASH!!
Due to increasing requests the directors of Soccerkix and Coast FA have decided to change the date of the Scuolo Calcio this summer. We now have an opportunity to play in two 3 v 3 tournaments over back to back weekends, and the later date will also help with the schools across certain states that break for summer in late June.

Soccerkix and Georgia Coast FA are pleased to announce and present you with the Itinerary for the summer of 2008 Italian Soccer School program Itinerary.
Academy Directors of Soccerkix and Georgia Coast FA feel very confident that 2008 will be even better than our very successful 2007 & 2006 programs.
We have built our itinerary on player and parent recommendations to continually improve our program and offer you a true 100% Italian soccer and cultural learning experience.
All our coaches and teaches arrive direct from to deliver the best Italian soccer/cultural day by day learning program in .
Our instructors and teachers are always in attendance throughout this 16 day Italian summer program, here in the .
The program includes all coaching fees plus direct Italian language course offered throughout the program. Italian language expands from the classroom every day on to the soccer field and throughout the program. Italian will be spoken throughout the course at meal times and during day by day conversation.
Italian coaches will be present throughout the course, to help our players “Eat, Breath, Play, The Italian Way”
SoccerKix and GCFA will apply proven teaching methods for our players around the clock to enhance their Italian Soccer Experience. Players will be exposed to the beautiful game and beautiful language every day, on the field, at the poolside, and at every opportunity.

Players will stay and train at the soccer complex on beautiful Jekyll Island, one of the famous Barrier Islands along the coastline. www.jekyllisland.com
All players will stay in beach fronted hotel facilities. Players will be housed in oceanfront apartments. All apartments come with en suite facilities plus fridge, microwaves and full kitchen facilities. Players will be provided with well stocked fridges and cabinets for breakfast in their own room every day: Villas by the Sea Resort (http://www.jekyllislandga.com/)
Players will have lunch at various locations around the Island, including Summer Waves and the Beach Deck. Evening meals will be provided by restaurant, cookouts or beach pizza parties.
More than just soccer, players will spend time together on our away day trips to places like NASA Florida Space Center and Wild Adventures in .
Our entire program moves from Jekyll Island to the beautiful city on Savannah . www.savannahnow.com on July 4th the teams celebrates on of the largest fireworks displays in the south east along the banks of the world famous River Street in Savannah.
Players will play in our first of two tournaments in the Savannah 3 v 3 Super Cup on July 5th-6th on Saturday and Sunday. Teams will be given names of soccer clubs in for this tournament, and play to win a place in the national finals in the world faamous Disneyworld on July 31st August 3rd
The following weekend, July 12th – 13th, our teams will play in the Summer Soccer Blast 3 v 3 tournament on Jekyll Island. This tournament is also a national qualifier; players competed and fully enjoyed this tournament last year.
All players who are successful in reaching the finals will be invited to Disney over the weekend of July 31st – Aug 3rd to take part in the National Championships. ** (Please read below) http://www.challengesports.com/Championship3v3/Index.htm
Players will pay an additional fee for Disney which will cover all tournament fees, plus food and lodgings. Details are included in the Itinerary below.

Sunday June 29th

Villas by the Sea
Players can register from 2 p.m. through to dinner at 7 p.m.
There will be a shuttle service provided from Jacksonville International Airport throughout Sunday afternoon. There will also be ISS staff and a program director in attendance from 2 p.m. onwards to help check players in to their apartments and on hand for guidance and information.
The ISS summer program officially launches at dinner, where all players will be introduced to their coaches and teachers, as well as the directors from Soccerkix and GCFA.

After breakfast the squads make our way to the beautiful city of Savannah, .
After a light training session in the afternoon, the squads will celebrate July 4th with a trip downtown to watch the firework display and enjoy the celebrations of Savannah.
Saturday July 5th
The squads will prepare to play in their first 3 v 3 tournament in Savannah. Savannah 3 v 3 Super Cup
3 games on Saturday and a packed lunch at the fields, plus an evening pizza party back at the hotel.
Sunday July 6th
Day two of the Savannah 3 v 3 tournament
Lunch at the tournament
Return to Jekyll Island for pool party,
back at the hotel.

Training by Italian Professional coaches, Italian Language lessons, study material, ISS training kit, all meals listed in Itinerary, entrance to Wave’s Waterpark, NASA, Wild Adventures plus the Turtle Center and all packed lunches. Transport to and from soccer facilities and airport connection. (Jacksonville, Florida) Transport for day trips listed in Itinerary. Bike hire as listed on Itinerary plus 3 v 3 tournament entry fee. This package is only available to those players attending all 16 days. Players who cannot attend all 16 days will have to be evaluated by the academy directors and may be required to pay a subsidy.
Fee does not include:
Fees not included in program package, any addition money allowances for sodas, snacks and gifts. Entry fees to other events not listed on the Itinerary. Laundry and personal bathroom sundries. Film and batteries, plus any additional food purchased by the player. Anything not mentioned above.
Note:
** Players who are invited to attend the Disney National Championship through 3 v 3 tournament achievement (July 26th 27th) will be asked to pay a further $295 for tournament fees, food and lodgings in Disney. Airfare is not included in this cost and players will have to make their own transport arrangements to attend the Disney Nationals.
